Luckily, a good bit of that is -current- hp which is a lot less scary than max hp, as well as most of that being a type of damage, so you can generally just build the HP-Resist combo item to 'counter' it. Overall I do agree though, they are certainly using it as a bandaid to buff (mostly) tanks and give them relevant damage. Top Ten Strongest League of Legends Champions Srbin This is a list of most overpowered champions in League of Legends. Because of new Champions constant output its big chance that will appear a new strong champions so add them to the list. All Hijacked ultimates and abilities that do not scale with ability power have their attack damage ratios converted to ability power ratios. On-target Cooldown: 200% of target's ultimate cooldown. Can be decreased with Cooldown Reduction. Does anyone know what the highest sustained dps champion would be? Or what champion has the highest short burst of dmg? I've been playing around in the Practice mode with target dummies and keep cooldown timers at their normal rate and seeing how much sustained dps I can do with champions.

Patch History

Patch 9.7

Look, a small usability improvement!

ZOOM : The monster burn effect of Hunter's Talisman and its upgrades no longer interrupts Predator's channel

v8.1
Addressing a few feels-bad parts of Predator.

Predator is still a bit awkward to use, so we're introducing some usability tweaks to make its activation more consistent and its proc more intelligent.

Lol Damage Calc

PARTIAL REFUND If Predator's channel is interrupted, 50% of the cooldown is now refunded
HUNT THE WEAK If Predator's bonus damage is proc'd via an area-of-effect ability, it will now prioritize the lowest-health target hit
ADRENALINE Predator's rate of movement speed increase is increased by 50% for the first second and a half of the effect. This is unlisted in the tooltip because if you're making decisions around it, you're probably overthinking things.

Lol Damage Per Gold

v7.23
Cooldown decreased.

Predator has a steeper learning curve than many of our other Keystone Runes because it’s an active effect. However, with such a long cooldown, players don't get to use it regularly enough to progress along that learning curve. Decreasing the cooldown serves two purposes: Giving players more room to experiment with and master Predator, while bringing it more in line with other Keystones.

COOLDOWN :[180-120 seconds (at levels 1-18)] 150-100 seconds (at levels 1-18)
