You may remember that the Blizzard game Overwatch—the 2016 IGN Game of the Year—was an example of a recent game that was not available to Mac users. Overwatch is available for PC, PSN, and Xbox. Fortunately, it played very well in Parallels Desktop® 12 for Mac.

Why does Overwatch have no mac support? If you google 'Overwatch for mac' the first 3 results all talk about why it won't be coming to OSX. 'sorry we couldn't find the game in the computer' So why the fuck does my battle.net client tells me i can download the game and even fuckin play it when its not even available for.

And, of course, in the world of operating systems, both Apple® and Microsoft have released many updates and upgrades.
With this many changes and updates, the question is: Is Overwatch still an example of a recent, popular Windows-only game that plays well on the Mac in Parallels Desktop?
There is really only one way to find out: to try it ourselves. We installed Blizzard’s Overwatch in the latest Windows 10 in the latest Parallels Desktop and play it. And that is just what I did!
